Packaging & Shipping

1. Intra-Batch Inner Packaging Inner packaging operators determine the quantity per box based on the average capsule weight and total batch weight. Tie the bags with cable ties, affix inner labels, and transfer the products to the outer packaging room through the buffer room. 2. Intra-Batch Outer Packaging Conduct outer packaging for the products that have completed inner packaging and affix box labels. Stamp box numbers on the outer cartons and pack with two parallel strapping bands. Transfer the products to the quarantine area of the warehouse for storage.
